I can‘t take it anymore!

The oil, there‘s so much of it, it‘s saturating my body and oozing out of my pores! It‘s omnipresent and inescapable, wherever I order food, it is drowning in oil! I know I must be going about this all wrong, I like street food and quick food, but I visit "local" chinese eateries too, but despite the fact that for the most part I do like the flavor, I am at the point where the oiliness is really starting to kill me. Can someone please advise me? I need to find non-greasy, non-oily food and make major changes in my diet. Thank you so much for all your suggestions!

TOP
Cantonese dim sum (most of it is steamed). Yunnan cuisine is pretty low on the oil (and very appealing to Western tastes -- ie potatoes, lamb goat, cheese). Xinjiang food is also good, it‘s a lot of bbqing - it‘s roasted meat greasy, but no additional oil added if you know what I mean. And if all else fails, there are lots of Japanese restaurants. Baozi or any steamed dumplings are good. Hot pot is also not generally oily. And Buddhist or vegetarian restaurants tend to be low on oil. Hey, stop going to KFC.
