On the same lines as what Frankk says, I know with foreignersin china who are married, that if one partner has a Z working visa, the other is allowed to be put on the Z visa (but they can‘t work, they can only reside).
I am not sure what the rules are if you are married to a Chinese national though, I would imagine it‘s a similar situation, perhaps even better.

Today i went to here but i can not get a visa because hk visa office give a service only hk residens.

You cannot get a visa in HK, but you can extend your visa in China itself. AS you are married to a chinese citizen, so you can apply for a dependent visa at the exit entry department in the city where your wife has her registered chinese id. So if your wife has a shenzhen id, then you can apply for a dependent visa in shenzhen.

Like you read on website, Turkish citizens are listed in the 33 countries that can‘t get visas from Hong Kong. Because of this, I would say no. BUT, maybe being married to a Chinese national would help you. Because you are in Shenzhen and it‘s not far, I would recommend you try getting your visa in Hong Kong. If they say no, you can explore your other options. Is your present X visa multiple entry?
